Finnish Meteorological Institute's satellite reception station in Sodankyla is able to receive direct broadcast data from several polar orbiting satellites. There are various levels of data and products based on the information the data includes.

Sampo.fmi.fi
Provides direct readout satellite data of the Northern Hemisphere atmosphere. The measurements are from the OMI and OMPS instruments, published about 15 min after overpasses of the EOS-Aura and Suomi-NPP satellites.

OMI VFD
VFD-products (Very Fast Delivery) are processed and published immediately after the satellite overpasses the Satellite Data Centre at Sodankyla, Northern Finland. The data is received as a Direct Broadcast (DB) which means that the instrument measures the data and, in the same time, continuously sends it down to Earth.
